How to Choose Your Perfect Pillow
A quality pillow will cushion your head and neck with gentle support whilst being very adaptable to the specific shape and weight of your head, neck and shoulders.
The correct firmness of pillow will help give a comfortable, restful sleep, keeping your head, neck and spine aligned while sleeping.
Your choice of firmness should be based on your sleeping style.
Our pillows come in a range of soft, medium and firm.

Preferred Sleeping Positions
Front Sleeper
Choose a SOFT pillow if you sleep mainly on your front, they have a lower loft (flatter) to ensure your head is not too raised.
We recommend our White Duck Down(soft) and our Siberian Goose Down (soft) as ideal for front sleepers, they are soft and luxurious without being too high, allowing you to rest your head in the perfect position.
Side Sleeper
Choose a MEDIUM or FIRM pillow to ensure your head, neck and spine are aligned while sleeping.
A FIRM pillow will offer higher loft (more plump) and firmer support, beneficial for those with broad shoulders.
Our Down Surround (firm) and our White Duck Down and Feather (firm) are the best for side sleepers, giving height and support to cradle your head and neck for your best nights sleep.
Back Sleeper
Choose a MEDIUM pillow with medium loft and firmness to ensure your head, neck and spine are aligned while sleeping.
Any of our medium softness range of pillows would suit back sleepers but we recommend either the White Duck Down (medium) or choose the Siberian Goose Down (medium) as our personal favourites.
